Teams going for overseas tournaments (Helsinki Cup, Gothia Cup & Dana Cup) in July are training 6 days a week:

Mon, Wed & Fri at Thyagraj Stadium- 0530 to 0730 pm

Tue, Thu & Sat at Vinay Marg, Chanakyapuri- 5 to 7 pm

Participating age groups:

Team 1:           Under 18 (Players born on or after 1st Jan 1995 are eligible) - 11 vs 11 Game

                        This team will take part in Helsinki Cup, Gothia Cup & Dana Cup back to back.

Upcoming European Tournaments in July 2014 for various age categories

REAL Football Academy (An initiative of Real Sports Association- Non Profit Making NGO) will participate in the upcoming Helsinki Cup, Gothia Cup & Dana Cup in July 2014.

In 2013, we took part in the Helsinki Cup & Gothia Cup U15 & U17. We did farely well in both the age groups. Specially Under 15’s performed really well in Helsinki, This year we are hoping for best results than ever.

Real Football Academy took part in the tournament with the under mentioned players. It is the first tournament of it’s kind in the city for the young kids. Real Football Acdemy did farely well in the tournament & lost the semi final against the champions “Young Gunners” by 0-1. For displaying superb football all around with several really young players such as Parth, Jishnu, Krish we got the “Fair Play Award” in the tournament. Jishnu got the best upcoming talent award as well.

The tournament in same age category will commence again in December 2013 at same venue.

All the players of concerned age groups needs to gear up for the upcoming Singa Cup which will be in November 2013 at Singapore. We request all the players to attend the training regularly on tue, thu & sat- 5 to 7 pm at Vinay Marg Sports Complex. Please speak to your concerned coaches to know about your selection & more.

The teams (Under 15 & Under 18) are back home safely from the Helsinki Cup & Gothia Cup. Thanks for the support & trust on us. The last 4 months were very tiring & eventful for all of us.

This year we are proud to state that teams has done much better than last year. We were the only team from India in the tournaments which was showing some potential specially the Under 15’s. We have won some breathtaking matches in the tournaments.

League stage:

On 07th July the under 15 & Under 17 teams will move for Helsinki Cup & Gothia Cup after 3 months of rigorous training & hard work. We all are really thankful for your kind support & faith on us. From Finland the under 15's will come back on 13th July to India & Under 17's will move forward to Sweden for Gothia Cup till 22nd July.

The training for the trainees who are not going for the tournaments will be on. Therefore all the trainees must need to attend the training regularly on Tue, Thu & Sat.

Rainy Weather
In June/ July/ August we all are hoping lots of rain in the city. Please note that if it rain too much then we might not arrange the particular day depending upon the ground condition. We will try our best to inform you regarding the cancellation of training by email/ facebook / email etc. We will try to update you by 3’o clock on the particular day. If in any case we didn’t manage to inform you or the rain come after 3’o clock & you feel that it might not stop then you may ask by phone call to the concerned main coaches of your wards team as under:

Another good news, Real Sports has joined hands with reputed City Football Club & it will be known as REAL-CITY FC from now.  From now on our young talented players will take part in the Delhi League every year. City FC is one of the top division football club in Delhi & the management there had shown lot of interest on our young talents. We also believe that this platform will definitely help us to prove the point of our young ones in the capital.
